For you to have a fulfilling romantic relationship with your
partner there are three simple rules to follow.
This will especially give you a head start if you just met
someone you feel strongly for and you want to learn how to make
a relationship work.
Effort and
Loyalty
It is important to not become too comfortable and start
taking your partner’s love for granted. You must be willing to
do whatever it takes with in reason, to be with your
partner.
You must understand that a relationship is much like a bank
account. Where, if you were to diligently continue to put money
into your bank, then you would become at some point, financial
comfortable. Likewise drawing out on a consistent basis more
than you put in, your bank account will in time be empty.
So the moral here is to give your partner what you would
expect to receive from them in return and to not take them for
granted. By taking more than you are likely to give, will just
leave your partner feeling frustrated, angry and cheated.
Should you both take the time to put in the work you will be
able to watch as your relationship begins to blossom.
Stay True to
Your Principles
There are a lot people who feel neglected, taken for
granted, or even abused by their so called loved one, but still
sit there and do nothing about it, as they fear they may lose
their relationship.
Resentment slowly grows, festers for some time, then without
prior warning... boom! they suddenly erupt into rage as they
can no longer restrain themselves.
You should not have to sacrifice your values nor your
principles just to be with the one you love. It does not matter
how long you have been married for. This is not how to make a
relationship work.
Getting things out into the open often is the key to
resolving problems that are being experienced in the
relationship. Couples tell one another if there is something
bothering them or makes them feel uncomfortable, as they
realize this is how to make a relationship work.
Quality Time
Together
Going to bed with your partner is not just what a
relationship should be about. Your relationship should involve
laughter, debating and even crying amongst each other.
Couples who have been married for years understand the
importance of friendship. You and your partner should be able
to try new experiences and explore new places with.
If you are flat tack with work but know how to make a
relationship work, you will ensure to make time for the person
you love.
